Guess its hard to say...but would this be worth my time?

I thought about going to local auctions (I live in Iowa, there are tons) and buying old stuff/antiques on the cheap and putting it on ebay to make some cash this summer. Alot of times, there will be boxes full of random things that will go for $1 just because nobody at the auction has any interest for it. Think I could make money off this kind of stuff?

Definitely. I recently sold something my father had bought at auction for over 1200 bucks. I don't think he paid over 50 bucks for it...

yup... don't flood ebay all at once, but if u get a lot of page hits suddenly or flood of bids... then post up more stuff then
