you can access your ip on the prob system

can you access files on the prob computer from other computers on the network?

nope cant even see the problem computer on the network...

So, this is the network you can access, not the computer then?

try typing ipconfig or ipcfg at command prompt - do you get anything.
Or
ping from another computer to the problem one????
