So I got greedy and wanted to cook/push this thing further. I figured I could see if it could go higher, and I wouldn't damage it too much.
So I pushed it to 1.54v in CPUz. Couldn't even get to 3.5Ghz. So I said screw it, I'll just keep it at 3.4Ghz and 1.47/8v in CPU-z.
Fast forward and now my UT3 is locking up sometimes.
Can anyone tell me if going to 1.54v for perhaps about 10 minutes total would be enough to start damaging it? These 65nms are rated for 1.5v. Didn't think going .04v higher would do this much.
I hope it's just the driver update I did on my nvidia card-- went to 177.92 from .82.
It's still Orthos small and large stable for at least 15 minutes.
