Guacamole - smooth or chunky?

Most of the pre-made stuff is smooth. I made some today and find that you can only get chunky guacamole if you make it yourself.

chunky is better. All you need for good guac is avocado(e)?s , salt, lime juice and a fork.

Chunky - I've only ever had fresh guac, so I guess my opinion is a little biased My mother makes GREAT guac

Chunky, and if you want it smooth you have you use a blender or food processor, which is why pre-made is always smooth.
