gtx460, gtx 560 or radeon 6850?

Which one offers the best performance? I haven't been able to find any benchmarks on the gtx560 (non Ti). Which one tends to run the coolest?

HD6850 ~ GTX460 < GTX560

EDIT: Why did the forum change capitalization automatically? Changed HD6850 into Hd6850, GTX460 into gtx460 and GTX560 into gtx560...

Another choice is the 5850. How is this in terms of heat and noise and performance compared to the GTX 560? I'm stuck in between the GTX560 and 5850, but I can't seem to find benchmarks of the GTX560 on anandtech benches. And I can get the 5850 for approx. $175 Canadian and the GTX 560 for $200 Canadian. Is the GTX 560 worth the extra $25?

EDIT: would any of these cards be bottlenecked by a core i3 530 at stock speeds?

I'd avoid the 560 (Non-Ti). Most around here would agree nerfed cards (5830, 460 SE, 560) and they wouldn't have spectacular resale value. I'd step up to a 560 Ti instead, it's not much more. The 5850 is a good card but I wouldn't pay $175 for one. The Sapphire ones were going for <$150 just a few weeks ago.

the 560 non-ti shouldn't be a choice since the 460 1gb is usually cheaper.

otherwise, i've been seeing the 460 around the 6850, and the 560ti around or a little above the 6870 (more 6950). don't know what the deal is with the 5850 and 5870 usually benching higher.

i think it just boils down to what the best deal is, and if you have a hard price limit. given similar prices i'd lean towards the 460 for <150 and the 560ti for ~200. 6870 is a good middle of the road, i think.

The forum doesn't allow posts which are only capital letters.

As far as GTX560 vs GTX460 1GB, they have exactly the same configuration except for clocks.
A GTX4601GB with higher clocks than a GTX560 will be faster. If the GTX460 has lower clocks, it will be slower. Equal clocks means equal performance.
The 560 should use less power and could potentially have more overclocking potential, but performance wise clock for clock they are identical.

the 560 ti version isn't an option and neither is the 6870, because it's around $240 and $220 respectively in my area. and from what i've been reading, the non-ti version is something to avoid. so a gtx 460 is the best even compared to a 5850 and 6850?

It all depends on clock speeds.

GTX460 1GB @ 675 (stock) < HD6850 < GTX460/560 @ 810 (560 stock)
If it's a stock clocked GTX460, then any GTX560 is faster, and the HD6850 will probably be faster.

If it's a GTX460 or 560 at 800+MHz core clock, it will be faster than the HD6850.
The GTX460 and 560 have the exact same performance at the same clocks, so an 850MHz GTX460 will be as fast as a GTX560 at 850MHz.
