A friend and I built a PC 2 weeks ago and have been trying to figure this out since then.

i7 920
evga sli motherboard
ocz xmp 6 gb ram kit
corsair 650tx PSU
evga gtx260 core 216

When we load a driver for the graphics card in vista64 the first screen loads (the scrolling bar) after that I get nothing but a blank screen. When we install an 8800gts everything works fine and great. We installed the gtx260 in another computer and it worked fine. We have tried to install different driver from both evga and nvidia, ran driver sweeper, fresh vista64 installs. Flashed the bios with the newest SZ2F bios. Updated chipset drivers. Evga customer service was at a loss. The last thing they said before we gave up last night was to try and slipstream the drivers in a fresh install. We are going to try that this weekend coming up.
Any help would be greatful!!!!

Maybe leave the 8800 drivers on it, then pop in the 260 and see if it boots up with those drivers. If it does, try removing and installing the proper drivers.
