GTX Installation quick question

Does it matter if I install this card into my PCI16_1 slot or PCI16_2 slot on my Gigabyte ga-p67a-ud7?

I know they are usually both used for SLI but i'm just using a single card, the only reason I want to put it in PCI16_2 slot is because it works better in the sense of space.

Is there any problems with me using the PCI16_2 SloT? Currently I've got my GTX 680 installed in my PCI16_2 Slot and my Xfi Titanium HD installed in my PCI16_1 slot. Will this effect my cards are gaming in anyway?

I've got a different board, but to run on a different slot than PCI_1 I have to go into the bios and designate another slot (PCI_2 in your case) as the main video slot. (Sorry, without rebooting and looking I can't remember the exact setting.)

I actually just went into my bios settings and made that change so that my card is running from PCI Express 16_2, should be all sweet now right?
