I don't get Blue screens and the temps are just fine..I don't even understand how is my cpu OC connected to my gpu crashes...The only thing i can think of,is becaus of the PSU..Which is brand new and quite good.

Because a failure is a failure. Why did my bad ram years back ALWAYS cause my video driver to fail? I have no answer - Windows can't have always been loading the video driver into that addx space, but the failure was consistent. I was about to replace the videocard when I decided to run memtest for some odd reason. Glad I did.

No idea in your case - do you validate your OC with something like Intel Burn Test?

That's always a problem in troubleshooting. "Was it the OC setting?" "Was it a hardware failure?" "Was it software drivers or conflicts?" OC settings add to the complexity of finding the problem.

Have you considered that your card has failed? My gtx 480's bit the dust the other day. They were running except my monitor was blanking out periodically and I was having random driver errors. Then when I went to boot up the other morning my ps just clicked like it was shorted out. Turns out they just decided to croak. Once I got them out and put my old 6870 in she fired up like a champ albeit a weak one lol. I had to pull my water loop and everything quite time consuming. Now I'm looking for an air cooled gpu to replace them as I'm done with water for a while.

Cards will fail, or they may be running hot because of a cooling problem.
