GTX 470 question

So I put my 470 in played metro 2033 like real smooth......... ran GPUz shows core at 50 mhz Shaders at 101mhz and mem at 135 mhz........I am not sure this is correct. help...LOL
I think its right i beleive its usage dependant...??
