GTX 470 or ATI 5850?

Seriously though, waiting isn't likely to create problems of biblical proportions, and new stuff is right around the corner. Everyone wants new stuff!

I just ordered the 470 for 339 Canadian plus I get 3 games and 40 mail in rebate from ncix.com.

The free games helped make my decision.

Now as for my case I have 120 mm intake in front and 120mm exhaust in back. I have a 80mm slot on side of case, should I go intake or exhaust or leave empty?

It should be intake on the side. You also may want to look into buying one of evga's backplates (if it'll fit the zotac). It has much larger exhaust holes for the gtx470 and can lower the temps by a few degrees.
