has anyone used gtc for their isp?(gtcinternet.com)
if so, how was it? i'm thinking about getting it since all the free ones are putting up limits and this one is only $10/month. i had never ever heard of these guys till i did a search so i'm curious as to how good they are (connection speeds/busy signals/customer service/etc)
