GTA VC - I want cars with bigger engines!

Another problem with VC...when you go in a car (doesn't happen to a motorcycle) and try to accellerate it hiccups - accellerate for a meter, then stop like you hit a bump, then accellerate again. all of this happening fast.
On some cars it is so bad you can't even drive them.

Anyone heard about this?

Do you mean when you start accellerating the car sort of "bobbles" up and down for a bit and then smooths out?
Cos that happens with my system everynow and then, so i just exit GTA:VC and restart it, that usually fixes it, until next time.

yes, but it does it all the time, making half the cars unusuable (fortunately, only the slow cars

Try a re-install of GTA VC.
or
Delete gta_vc.set, from ...\My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files, but you`ll have to set up your control/gfx/sound options again.
or
The 1.1 patch, but i think that just fixes graphical corruption.
