This is a wierd problem. The graphics are fine except for the people. All people no matter if they are walking around our in cars, including CJ are a solid color. This even occurs on the cut scenes. The solid color (like a silhouette) will change from white to shades of blue depending on the lighting.

I have updated to the latest ATI Catalyst drives, disabled overdrive and VPU recover. I tried changing the graphics resolution and other advanced settings but it has no effect.

I have an ATI X800XT PE video card, 1 GB of RAM, Athlon 64 3400 processor.

Hope someone has insight into this!
 
Hot coffee isn't installed, there are no patches available.

Where do I get driver cleaner from? From further research I found out that the Omega drivers don't fix this issue either and there are many people with the same issue. I found a few possible workarounds so will be trying those out.
 
I have a simular problem with my daughters computer ATI 9200 128 MB video card the poeple are invisable most of the time.
