i rented this game from Blockbuster, and well, it didn't come with an instruction booklet. Does anyone know how to start up a 2-player storymode game? there doesn't seem to be an option for this.

To paly two players, I beleive you ahve to find the icon floating around town that has two people holding hands. I could be wrong though.

Yeah that's pretty much it. There's a specific location it's in.. I think fairly close to your house.

I think you need to go through a few missions first, at least. Napalming the crack house? Then you get your first girl, who can participate in those excellent crime sprees.

i can't access gamefaqs at work or any other gaming sites. bummer if i have to beat half the game just to access the 2-player mode.

From what I remember you don't have to be too far into the game to get it. I just had few missions done that opened up the food, clothing stores & the gym. But you do have to find an icon that has 2 people on it in the game then it will let 2 play together. You both just have to stay kinda close to each other.

When you get a GF after the house-burning mission she will show up on your map as a <3. If you drive to her location you will see 2 things:

1. A red mission start in her driveway
2. A little red symbol in front of her door that looks like 2 people

Run over the little red symbol.
