GT Legends demo

If you're at all a fan of driving simulations, this is worth a try. The graphics are great, and the driving physics are just as good as they are in GTR.

I d/l it yesterday and played it for awhile. The graphics are just a hair better than GTR but overall it's GTR with 60's and 70's cars and new tracks. The only real complaint I had about it was the Austin Powers menus. I love the characteristics of the vintage cars and the addition of arms and feet that move are pretty cool. The sounds are a little better than GTR as well. Definitely check it out if you like driving games.

Awesome! I'm getting the demo.

I need a new racing game to replace NFS-Porsche. This looks like the ticket!!

It really is too bad that the NFS series went back to arcade mode after Porsche Unleashed... I loved NFS😛U and was the last best NFS that came out. High Stakes 2 looked beautiful but the cars handled like arcade mode. I have my racing wheel and NFS😛U drives pretty realistic and allows us to tweak the handling of the cars. Too bad NFS couldn't put out a game that looked better and was the same physics as NFS😛U with additional cars and so on.

Edit **

The Smiley faces are actually supposed to be "P"s...

QFT.
Nest version of NFS ever. I still run it. It does work under W2K with some tweaks (basically turn off virtual memory IIRC).

Yep, NFS: PU is probably the best in the series, although I do enjoy underground little bit 🙂

GT L looks amazing 🙂 what other amazing looking racers are there?

I've tried GTR which is probably the best racer for pc that came out recently. Rallysportchallenge is pretty good but Xpand Rally is just amazing.

🙂

The only NFS I ever had was Porsche Unleashed, and it's great 😀 I haven't really found any other racing game that looked worth buying. Porsches are just too cool to replace.

No slow downs? Whoa, I have a 6600GT and only an Athlon XP 2400 and I do get some slow downs from time to time. That's in the Retail version. Might upgrade that CPU 😀
