For $9 more the GS108NA

5 Years Warranty (the other 1 year)

8 MAC Address Table vs. 4 in the less expensive.

The more expensive has a Collision LED.

There are few more minor differences.

In all, the more expensive is a better Switch.

However, the less expensive is in a Round Corner Beige color that might fit better in the living room. The other is Industrial Boxy Blue.

Yeah i saw the warranty, the less expensive one has 128kb buffer vs 32kb on the expensive one.

I got the $37 one - but that was a few days ago (it arrives today)

was considering buying a 2nd or 3rd :)

Personally I have had a lot better luck with the "blue boxy" Netgear switches than the plastic ones. Not only is the build quality better but I have had far fewer dead ports and problems requiring a reset. It just seems that they are higher quality (maybe the metal case is better EMI shielding).
