Console gamers think that it sucks without playing. All my friends praise Halo 2 because they say it is better. So, *grunt*.

Underappreciated? All the absurdly high scores praising the game when it didn't deserve it? SP was a pretty big dissapointment, how it could get consistent 97% scores from around the web when its load times were too frequent and horrendously long, the game was too short, the ending sucked, and it was late - which means if you're honost the graphics rating goes down by default. If we had the game a year earlier it might have been deserving of a higher score, but still not that high.
The most revolutionary part of the gameplay was with the gravgun, and even that got old after a while - all the really cool stuff you could do with it was all right there in the beginning of Ravenholm where they could conveniently demo it and make you think the entire game would be that cool, but its not, that's pretty much it right there for the gravgun.
The most fun parts of the game where the ones with highest potential for co-op, such as the anti-citizen and follow freeman levels. The big problem is your dumb@$$ AI teammates. Just as with Halo2, they only thing they're good for is high accuracy and infinate ammo, only you can't give them sniper rifles to be devistating...what both games - Halo2 and Half-Life2 - desparately need are some co-op action, where you can have non retard teammates work to complete otherwise impossible tasks.
The big problem with boths games is the focus on a sinlge main character such as Gordon Freeman and the Master Chief. Introduction of new primary characters would be necessary. Alyx would work for HL2, only if they made here not so retarded and gave her some more protective gear other than jeans and a cotton shirt - Freeman has a friggen power suit that comes in handy in all sorts of nasty situations - same goes for the Master Chief.

For the love of god i hope they have seperate servers, although i dont think the BF2 community could get any worse even with the xbox live kiddos..........

I agree but your numbers are a bit off... there is no 1024x768 on the TV. It's either 640x480 or in the case of 720p.. 960x720 (widescreen 1280x720) for 1080i its 1440x1080 (widescreen 1920x1080).
