It was cheesy, hell it was hackneyed, and hell, that womains nails were atrocious, but hell, I loved every minute of it.

It was jsut so cute that I was smiling and laughing outloud through the whole thing.

Jack Lemon's character's Dad was fvking off the charts....
 
yeah all the grumpy old men movies were good... and yeah jack lemons characters dad was the best one out there. Espeically the outtakes.

Both are classic comedies that will stand the test of time.

Burgess Meredith is the actor you guys are thinking of who played Grandpa Gustafson. A great man. Sadly, he died in 1997.

He is best remembered for playing The Penguin on the classic Batman TV series. He is also noted as playing some of the best characters in the original Twilight Zone.

One of the greatest comedy duos ever IMO.

The Odd Couple (while basically just a filmed play rather than a movie) is still one of my all-time favorites.
