GRUB Bootloader Reintroduction...

Hey,

I was running a dual boot XP / Ubuntu (8.04 Hardy Heron).

I had to reinstall windows and the Grub bootloader was overwritten. How can I bring the Grub bootloader back without having to reinstall either OS again?
