geez, I have all sorts of delicious food in my house and I cant eat it!

hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers, frozen pizza, cookies, chips, softdrinks galore, etc...

fscking healthy lifestyle!

resist? we don't 😀 Just don't have those kind of food at home then you wouldn't be thinking of it as much🙂

Well my parents do the food shopping. I cant exactly tell them to not buy the stuff they like.

I just had like 7 or 8 oreo DOUBLE STUFF's.

Screw healthy, i'm going backpacking on wed. for 5 days, I need to get prepared for the journy 🙂
 
Tell them that you want to eat healthy and that they shuld too, and tell them that having those &quot;unhealthy&quot; food at home is not gonna help you.

So why do u wanna be healthy? just cuz u wanna? or weight wise?

so I guess u choose to vomit it later then 😀 hee hee, I've done that when I eat so much that I feel like puking, but that's only when I eat so much that I cannot breathe.
 
dammit... I know EXACTLY what you mean...

I'm stuck in bed with jaundice... can hardly eat a THING. &amp; on Saturday, there's this HUGE family party at home where loads of folks will be coming over... there'll be great food... &amp; I can't eat any of it!!! 🙁

Easily. Once you are used to eating healthy and actually ENJOY it, stuff like this is barely even appetizing (except the occasional cookie, maybe. Yum)

A good exercise that'll help is running cuz it uses a lotta muscles in your body. Situps/crunches usually won't help because they use very limited portions of your body. If you want to lose weight, you should also exercise BEFORE you eat dinner, because after you eat your body will be burning mostly stuff that's in your blood rather than the fat surrounding the muscles. Oh and you don't have to &quot;make a lot of time&quot; for it necessarily...like you can take the stairs instead of the elevator, simple stuff like that 🙂 (All this knowledge courtesy of phy sci 5: issues in human diet and exercise...amazing how i got a C in the class when it was supposed to be a screw-off class 😀)
