Grrrr... New Rheobus doesnt work

Ok, last night I got my new rheobus that I ordered from pcmods.com. I ripped the package open and hook up my fans to test it out. I was not happy to see that fan #3 was not spinning. The LED was illuminated. I was wondering if it was a shoddy stripping job to I hooked that fan up to connector #1 and my fan that was previously on #1 to #3. What do you know, the fan that did work, didn't on connector number #3 and the fan that didn't work, worked. So I concluded that fan connector #3 was messed up. I shot PCmods.com an e-mail last night, but does anybody have any ideas? I would like to get things working soon.

Could be a defective PCB, or maybe some of the components are not soldered correctly. heh, I remember you asking us about a rheostat bay bus... I think building it yourself would be cheaper and quicker Looks like it's time for an RMA
