There are guns chambered in 10mm that are legal for sale in CA. The trouble is, the state makes the manufacturers submit guns for testing and approval at a cost to the manufacturer for every model they want to sell here. It's just ridiculous. A Glock 20 is no more lethal or prone to accidental discharge than any other 10mm semi-automatic handgun.
