I ordered a muffler from honda-auto-parts-wholesale.com (sounds shady, i know) and they shipped me a "front muffler" instead of the rear muffler that i thought i was ordering. I call cust. service and find out that they dont even carry rear mufflers for my car, so they sent the front one instead. I told them that I wanted to return it and get a refund, and they said they would e-mail me within a few days with a return # and instructions. So today, I receive the e-mail, and it says I have to pay to ship it back to them and it will take upwards of a month for them to refund me my money. What is that crap?! They sent this longass pipe that weighs probably around 15 lbs and they want me to pay to ship it back because of their mistake? I cant wait to talk to customer service... :|
