Hey guys!
I just installed Win98 on my second partition, but when my computer boots up, it automatically goes to Win98 and doesn't even give me an option. Do you know how to fix that so I can choose which I want to use? Thanks

Boot up off the WinXP CD and select Repair.

Generally when you create a multi-boot system, you install the lesser OS to the higher OS.
Re-install Win XP.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Remind me not to do that again! When I reinstalled XP, it DID NOT keep my programs that I had installed in my Programs menu, everything went back to default, none of my drivers are installed :|... GEEEZ!!! At least when Win98 was reinstalled, it kept everything intact. Dammit. :|

I did this in W2K, so I don't know if this is applicable to XP. I had to wipe my W98 partition and reinstall (I have a legacy scanner that W2K doesn't support). All my W98 CD files are on my HD but when I tried to do setup from there I got nowhere. Then I booted up with my W98 Rescue floppy and went to the HD directory for W98 and ran it. I corrected the Windows directory and everything went smoothly.

BUT.... I had the same thing you did with W98 now being the default OS. In W2K I went to Control Panel, Systems, Advanced, Startup and Recovery. There you can select the default OS. Mine works great now.
