I did something like that once. I went to the bar with some friends. I didn't drink. I waited until a SOB who was stumbling out went out to drive himself home. I was ~1/4 mile in front of him, and I turned off my lights and put it in reverse. He hit be about 30 mph, me going backwards ~20mph. He spent some time in jail, had a .3 BAC. Was a total SOB who beat his kids and stuff, so I figured he deserved it. And I got a new car. Buddies at the scene saw the whole thing, some crazy drunk was going really fast and just smashed into my car.
