:)

A fool and his money are soon parted.

Truthfully, a serious student of technology can benefit greatly from the Internet, Lists, Email, Forums, Youtube, etc.

Nearly everything you need to learn chapter by chapter is here already and mostly for free.

Think about it.

A self-motivated student has lots of weapons in his or her arsenal to learn I.T.

Spend the money on equipment for yourself or lab time somewhere.

Or you can go ahead and spend the bucks for a years education you may or may not use anyway. What did they offer that was very different?

$99 is even cheaper than the classes offered at Community Colleges (when you factor in books & gas etc.). In fact some classes even require virtual labs that you have to purchase.

They have an outline with all the subjects they touch that are required for the tests (most of, if not all of them can be found for free online, as you said .... but then again a self-motivated student can teach himself math too :) .... so who needs school anyway? :> ).

Those folks get paid too and some quite well. They have to make up for certs with the resume and who they know.

They still work and pay their bills too.
