Cant wait to get the whale blubber so I can boil it down and burn it in my alternative fuel vehicle.

Japan and other whaling nations shouldn't need permission to hunt non-endangered whales.

Anti-whaling cultural imperialism must be stopped. It's really ironic that the United States opposes whaling when we probably allow more endangered whales to be slaughtered than Japan!

nonlnear: as soon as cows become in danger of being extinct, I'd agree we should not hunt them. Until then, they are best served well done.

Many whales, for example the minke that the Japanese primarily hunt, are not in danger of being extinct.

And why does that have to be the primary factor in determining whether you allow other cultures to hunt an animal? You think whales are cool and therefore they shouldn't be hunted. People think that cows are sacred. People think that dogs are friends of mankind. Yet they are eaten even though that type of relationship is much more sacred than "whales are cool."
