Excuse me Chicken Little, doesn't the fact that there was a Draw Muhammad day demonstrate that all they can do is make threats? They have no power, no say, no nothing. We're such a Xenophobic society that they'll never get the slightest foothold. But you go on being scared.

You seriously don't see a threat from radical Islam?

No I'm just not a paranoid little pussy like you guys.

Hell this is a predominantly Christian nation and they don't have their way, what makes you think an extremely small minority of third worlders with even a more bullshit religion is going to be able to press their beliefs on us?

Political Correctness! This country does some dumbass shit in the name of political correctness and has already done stupid crap so as not to offend muslims.

Fuck that. Separation of church and state - religions do not get to institute laws. And Sharia is hardly even a law system - it's a system of oppression. It dictates who is in charge and who is on the bottom, and it alienates outsiders from believers.

Fuck political correctness; it will be the downfall of our nation. The fact that our politicians are too scared of losing votes to actually do something about a religious invasion is pretty sickening to me. And I'm not supporting Christianity or Judaism or anything here; I dislike religion in general. But Islam tends to bring Sharia with it, and that goes beyond a person's right to pray.

You should include the pseudo religion Marxism since over 200 million died from that last century. The atheists are firmly ahead on the death count. Plus Obama and Dems have made Muslim terrorists a protected class so you all should be very upset with that.

Which is exactly why we need the US to convert to Islam. Christianity is a religion for pansies who turn the other cheek, but when we are all Islam trying to turn the US communist will be like invading Afghanistan. There will be 300 million Americans willing to die at the drop of a hat. We will be a nation of warriors, every man woman and child, instead of a nation of jellyfish Christians with a crucification complex. Any Commie looking at us sideways will die from a fatwa through his gizzard.

Psssst ....

If two parties in civil litigation in the United States wish to be bound by the tenets of Sharia Law (or establish a community based upon Looney Tune Cartoons, for that matter) it ain't no skin off my arse.

Let them have at it (until a court of competent jurisdiction says they crossed a line).

Differentiating between a proselytizing Mooslim and a proselytizing Fundie is quite un-American.

No, this is America, and it's governed in part by the American judicial system. Never mind that allowing a religion-based law to have legal standing would violate the separation of church and state.

The attitude above is, honestly, part of what's corrupting America. People who think we should try European style integration as opposed to assimilation, because assimilation is hard and making people oh, I don't know, become actual Americans is too much effort.

Obama and the left gave El Presidente a standing ovation. Yeah, we're xenophobic as hell.

I admit America will hardly become "Islamitized" but over a few decades if things go the wrong way I can very easily see us ending up like Europe. Depends on if the political parties finally wise up, or the people wise up and form a new political party. Hopefully based on common sense.

Hehe, the mental hospitals for the paranoid schizophrenics that used to be full of folk fearing a Communist invasion are now full of folk fearing an Islamic invasion. But there is nothing you can do to tell cowards their fears are imaginary because what a coward really fears is his feelings which he unconsciously projects on anything and everything handy. So those we need to watch out for, the psychologically deranged, will identify themselves to us by their requests to us that we, never they, go out and kill or die in some lunatic war to save them.

Meanwhile, these diseased fools will pat themselves on the back that only they see the real evil as they place a hero's wreath on your grave.

Well first of all I don't see a mass immigration of Muslims to this country unlike Britain and Europe. They colonized predominately Muslim countries in the past so they absorbed many where as we didn't and won't. Secondly if you want to see Xenophobia just go to Arizona or read some of the threads in this forum, especially those by Wingnuts that condemn all those who practice Islam.

The situation wouldn't be so bad if not for libs taking sides with terrorists and making them a protected class.

Good book just out:

"The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America"

The real threat to the United States is not terrorism. Andrew McCarthy argues that the real threat is Islamism, whose sophisticated forces have collaborated with the American Left not only to undermine U.S. national security but also to shred the fabric of American constitutional democracy – freedom and individual liberty. In The Grand Jihad, he offers a harrowing account of how the global Islamist terrorist movement’s jihad involves far more than terrorist attacks.

For years, McCarthy warned of America’s blindness to this threat, but in The Grand Jihad he argues there is a more insidious peril: the government’s active appeasement of Islamism and its ideology. With the help of witting and unwitting accomplices in and out of government, Islamism doesn’t merely fuel terrorism but spawns America-hating Islamist terrorist enclaves in our very midst, gradually foisting the repressive concepts of sharia law on American life. The revolutionary doctrine has made common cause with an ascendant Left that also seeks radical transformation of our constitutional order. "

Islamic terrorism would not be a threat to us if we were not already corrupted from the inside. To this end, they are a greater threat to us than the terrorists themselves.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Funny how church/state separation only matters when the religion in question starts with an "I" and ends with an "m."

Funny also how someone commented that liberals were public enemy number 1. Liberals are the least likely to allow any sort of inter-mingling of church and state, regardless of the religion.

Get back to me when Christians have their own theocratic system of law. Then, get back to me again once they try to implement it.

How about the Republican pro life platform, a fundamentalist manifesto if ever there was one, no?
