So anyone catch the first episode.

The guy they got to play the bad wolf in that episode was kinda humorous as he plays a creep a lot of the times but not too sure how the "wolf" sidekick one will be in the coming episodes as the preview shows it becoming a bit cheesy but the comment about the "this is where the sidekick gets it" made me laugh.

Made me look up some of the brothers grimm versions of the stories and see how screwed up they were before Disney came in.
 
I have it on my DVR, I'll watch it when I have nothing better to do I guess. I really have no idea what it's about but there was some decent previews for it so I fell for the marketing hype.

More or less it's about the brothers grimm version of the fairy tales like little red riding hood in a way, a lot more dark then what Disney did.

Look some of them up if you want as some a very messed up compared to what you hear about them now.
 
I saw it at my mother's house. It has potential, but I thought it was a bit cheezy. I have no desire to see it again, but if I happened to catch it on TV, I'd give it another chance.
 
I thought it was stupid that his partner shoots the suspect in the back, especially considering they hadn't even found the girl yet.
 
agree with the back shooting bit... but overall I really dig the show. Macabre and dark, while peppered with a good amount of wit and irony. If the pilot was this good, then Grimm definitely has potential.
 
Very Very similar to Supernatural, blend of monsters, drama and a little campy humor all the way down to the rock soundtrack. Episode 1 was good enough that I'll watch a few more weeks to see where it goes from here.
 
Seemed okay for a first episode. Will have to see if they can keep it interesting after a couple episodes.

I didn't feel like I wasted an hour of my life watching it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it either... I can see it stockpiling up on my dvr waiting for a rainy/snowy afternoon to watch when I've got nothing better to do.

+1 because the lead actor is dreamy.
 
I used to live in the town where the Grimm brothers were born. There is a statue of them and supposedly they change positions every so often.... scary.
 
Below average if you ask me. You can clearly see where they stood in front of green screens in a few shots. Acting was OK at best, script was predictable, and the only good part of the episode was the actor they killed.

I'll pass.
 
I was expecting the starting bit for them to try out three beds as it had looked like the first one was too hard but they stopped on the second one. 🙁

Also how did his aunt get so many cuts on her face?

I don't remember her having them when she fought the attacker and didn't get any at the end of last episode.
