A George Foreman grill takes the weather out of the equation. Just last night I was in the mood for hot dogs so i plugged it in and was ready to go. Im thinking steak this weekend sometime though.

sure it takes the weahter out of it. but it also takes out some of the taste. I have a Foreman grill myself. while its good it is not as good as my webber.

As long as you have the right recipie, you wont care about the difference when you realize that you are still having a great steak when in below zero outside.

no matter how much you dress it up it still will not be as good as a steak made on a webber (or gas).

I can't wait til I can grill at my apartment next year.

Also, is there any thing you need to do differently by girlling in the winter?

Also use more coals than normal or if gas, let it run full blast longer than usual. the key
to great steaks is enough heat to sear the meat and lock in the juices. Gas grills are also
great if the power goes out ( I live in FL)....
