grilling books/websites?

bought a decent grill.. sureheat sonoma from costco for $400 (it was rated in bbq.com's top 10 best grills, and it was $500 at the time)

Here's the thing... yeah I can cook a burger, an okay steak, and chicken breasts... but that's about it. I don't know how to do a rotisserie (has one of those spinning things..)


are there any recommended books?

well, there are many books...but all real bbq experts recommend charcoal grills...just kidding

check out the Steve Raichlen books on amazon. He has a show on pbs that is great. I think he has a dvd out too (I need to order that)

i know and agree charcoal tastes better.



gas is easier, and faster, and cleaner.
