Nicely caramelized onions are delicious. But better than bacon? That's crazy talk.

On a burger, I'll take the caramelized onions any day. Bacon has its place, but as a garnish for anything from potatoes to hamburgers to ice cream, I'm over it.

very bold topic title. although i disagree. bacon's totally the tits, and can go well on it's own. grilled onions, not so much.
