he will look exactly the same at 80. the blacks don't seem to look like they grow old. e.g. denzel is 53

the only giveaway would be hair color

They say this about asians, latinos, etc too. It's really not true and just something people notice when noticing extraordinary people.

My wife is Japanese, looks 20ish, is almost double that. I have seen a lot of younger japanese people that look older than her.

IMHO it has to do with more of knowing what the people you are used to looking like as they get older.

If this guy is really 20, he hammered some fierce crack cocaine or something.
