Thoughts on green powders? I like to use Amazing grass in my smoothie. I like the antioxident version. It mixes well. For $18 I get 31 servings. Cheap compared to other brands.

A waste of cash, or not? What do you guys think. And, if you use green powder, what kind do you use?

Waste of money, just buy and eat the veggies or turn them into a smoothy.

I bought Amazing Grass Green Superfood recently and started adding it to my smoothies every now and then. I actually like the stuff but I only bought it because it was on sale ($15.77 for 60 servings). I usually add fruit/s, berries a veggie and/or greens regardless.

I believe the myriad of health issues we face today as opposed to even 50 years ago has a significant environmental component. I avoid anything that's processed for me.
