Wow, fsckep up story; I feel sorry for your bro. Like others have said, contact INS, contact lawyer, get marriage anulled asap, takes steps to protect identity. As for the laptop, you could start by checking recent file modifications.

I don't know what you are looking for, if just a deport then it'd be semi easy.

You can't just get married on any visa, esp student ones though.

Even with marriage there is a 2 year period before it 'sticks'.

I am calling BS on this as usually a lawyer is involved for a foreign marriage and would have given advice. There is also an insane amount of fees and paperwork. If not hiring an INS specialist would not be a bad idea.

I married a Japanese national.
