Another sad Packer's fan...

I think the best overall team in the division is the Bears, as much as it hurts to say it. Probably the best all around team, if they had a good QB, who knows how good they could be...

Bastards.

I lost a 500 dollar parlay because of them. 🙁 Colts and Lions covered but the Packers didn't.

Bears fan here. With their defense ranked in the top 2 in the entire NFL there is no question who is going to win this division. And no, the Lions are NOT winning this division even with Jeff Garcia. They have wayyyy to many injuries to even think that way. Minnesota is scandal plagued and demoralized and suck when your QB has over 11 INTS in the season so far.

Bears > rest of the NFC North.

P.S. Don't expect Orton to make another mistake filled game again, Lovie and the offense have the reigns pretty tight.

They better be at the top because they were in the celler for a looong loong time 😉

hey, Lions are better off with Garcia as opposed to Joey imho. they are pretty banged up especially at receiver, and now Dre Bly has been diagnosed with a fractured wrist bone so there goes the secondary.

Still, I think they can get by the Bears 😛 call me crazy! best of luck!! 🙂

Packers might get the #1 pick. Who you think they'll draft? Reggie Bush? Matt Leinart for eventual replacement of Favre even though they drafted Aaron Rodgers?

According to yahoo news they were scouting Leinart.

If they don't feel Rogers is very good, I suppose they should use a pic on a QB, since one would be harder to come by than a decent RB.

sigh, if they're gonna pick another QB they should figure out what they gonna do w/ Rodgers... get some players from giving him up, otherwise keep him and get a non-qb.

They really shouldn't have taken Rogers in the first place.

I was also hoping they wouldn't pick Rogers.

I figured they'd pick a defensive lineman in the first round, and an offensive lineman in the 2nd...

yes, not addressing a deficiency demonstrated in the prior season and letting 2 offguards disappear tells you the mgmt gave up on the Favre regime when Favre has 2-3yrs at least of physical ability left. Still nice arm, i'm amazed still how he can thread in thosr slant patterns and the scrambling bombs w/ his feet not planted. They said he said he throws better when not setting his feet if he's scrambling.

now, Favre, with all his comments last 2yrs 'oh i may give it up' publicly, he should have kept his mouth quiet so that mgmt didn't have as many 'rebuilding' ideas...

they also weren't 'thinking' when they assumed Favre would show this Rodgers the ropes.

it's like your position is being outsourced and you're scheduled to be laid off.. you gonna care about 'teaching' your replacement? (though in the real world you don't have a choice, you don't want to ruin your name for your next job).

anyway, too many injuries anyway w/ the Packers, way too many. NOthing Favre can do, just hope he doesn't get discouraged and hope mgmt does draft some players Favre can use next yr (team gonna need defense now and later anyway) and don't draft someone that bluntly disses Favre from coming back.

Now, yesterday final play, was it scramble and endzone toss to Bubba that had a lot of zip, but was off target to the left side og Bubba... low pct play, and Favre could have finished running all the way for the first down... NOT a good execution. You gotta use your head.

I think we should draft reggie bush if given the chance. He is so barry sandersish. I don't know if aaron rogers is going to be any good but we're stuck with him now.

I know we need to draft on the defensive side but if we are going to have a chance at reggie bush then why not? Matt lienert is good as well but like I said we are now committed to aaron Rogers.

Yeah and trade Rodgers for some better Defensive backs or possibly up and coming lineman.

Was a GREAT weekend for Minnesota football

BRAD JOHNSON FOR PRESIDENT!

😀

Brett Favre has never been the same since his father passed away. With the exception of that one emotional game against the Raiders. Couple that with other personal heartbreaks and injuries to all of his best offensive players this season...
