Walt "Clyde" Frazier. That mofo makes up words on the fly and leaves you saying "what the fvck did he just say?"

For me it will always be Howard Cosell.

An honorable mention goes to Gene Peterson voice of the Houston Rockets for his call of a game against the Spurs when David Robinson tipped in a ball clearly after the buzzer and it counted (this cost Houston home court in the playoffs against Seattle who at the time had their number). Peterson just yelled "That was Bull$h1t!!!" over and over again. He was suspended for a number of games. I saw him once in a bar a few years after and he said it was worth it :)
