greatest birthday gift ever

so as of an hour ago, it became my birthday (june 3)... my fiancee's due date was june 3rd. monday night around 845pm her water broke and i thought we would have a quick labor. tuesday came and went without a baby. which means little riley should be here today.. so i will be sharing my birthday with my first son.. how cool and special is that?

we are at the hospital now.. she just finally got her epidural..i came down to the lobby for a few to get some rest...(been a long 26 hours).. i'm sitting here with a grin from ear to ear knowing i'll be sharing my birthday...

the little ah heck is being shy.. i think he wanted to wait and come out on my birthday. i've been talking to him for the past few months in her belly.. telling him to wait to june 3...

No baby, yet. Today (Wednesday) he's anticipating the birth of his son.

Happy birthday, congrats on the baby but hoping he gets here soon for your GF's sake.
 
At least you can't forget your baby's birthday now. If only it was on your anniversary.
 
My wife's doctor scheduled her C-section for my third son on my birthday. I didn't care one way or another but she wanted us to have different birthdays, so she rescheduled for 4 days later.
