This guy is some scientist that did a bunch of studies on surface tension in zero gravity (he has a bunch of vids on youtube regarding water surface tension in zero g).

The most high-tech place to live, a space station, and they have to use simple low-tech stuff like velcro and chopsticks to eat :)

that's really awesome. It's crazy when you get to see the can floating there.. really mind bending experience. Makes me want to experience zero G some day.
