Hello all,

For those of us here that don't have the time or patience to build our own computers (I really wish I had at least one of those two), I've found an excellent vendor that does custom computers - Puget Custom Computers. They are very flexible in their options and even offer to put together a custom water-cooled comp, allowing you to pick your own parts (including the water-cooling).

Looking at resellerratings.com, they are a great company. They might be a little pricey, but compared to the bloodsuckers at alienware, they are great. I've been looking for a water-cooled custom myself and the only other company that comes close is Velocity Micro. My budget is not very constrained so I don't mind paying somoene else to build it for me (except I'm afraid it might take the fun out of that first boot-up :( ). Hope this helps anyone looking for a top-of-the-line pre-built dektop.

nice configurators.

but just like any other sites....you have to give up a liver and some for these systems compared to diy.

You might try paying for a real advertisement next time.

I bought an SI-120 from them a few weeks back. It was the first time I'd ordered or even heard of them. Their shipping recommendation seems to default to...
"Warning: Due to increased risk of shipping damage, it is highly recommended that you do not use ground shipping for an item of this high value."
Other than having to sign for a $20 HS, eveything was golden.

I expected at least one person to respond like that. I guess this is why I don't post on forums anymore. And save the flames for your grill.

I bet you could point me to a good grill vendor too.

What a poorly written scripted response.

Instead of attacking those that question the veracity of your OP, why not post your real name and where you live in your profile and make your profile visible to us so we can check you out or provide other evidence that you have no interest in Puget other than as a "satisfied customer".

There are so many paid shills (or principals) hitting the popular techie forums now that we are extra wary of posts like this, especially from those with no other participation in the forums. Folks here are expected to disclose financial interests in the subjects of their comments. No ifs ands or buts. At least one well-respected ATer turned his rep to mud by selling out to one of those seeding companies.

Done - and I understand where you're coming from, which is why I expected the responses I got.
