ARRGH this sucks. Just flew into the City today for some business/pleasure, and after buying a 7-day Metrocard I come back to learn of terror threats. Fvcking terrorists all need to GET A FVCKING EDUCATION ALREADY...or DIE!

Yeah, call me a Big Pussy. But after my cousin narrowly missed a bomb by 2 trains in London, I am not taking any chances. I have the money to cab it, and I'm not travelling extensively while here. The problem is I *AM* travelling the corridor between midtown/Times Square and downtown/Financial district, and my guess is that if terrorists are going to strike it will be on those trains.

Even if nothing happens, the security checkpoints and delays and false alarms alone will be enough for me cab it. Add the fact that I'm brown and travelling with a heavy pack and likely a trenchcoat (heavy rain next few days) and you know I'm more likely to get shot like the Brazilian in London.

Terror sucks, and it doesn't work. Doesn't make me think about the evils of capitalism, the plight of the Third World, or making Trade Fair. It makes me want to fvcking kill some terrorists!!! How is making me hate you supposed to make me give in to your demands? Give up!!!

Walk between times square and the financial district? It's not to far. Orrrr cab it's pretty cheap.

Apparently you missed the part about heavy rain! Yeah, cab won't be too much, but no way I'm showing up to interviews looking like a wet dog (with a wool suit too!)
