Great place to buy Diamond Cut-Off Wheels for Dremels and more

Does anyone know if the diamond cut off wheels can be used to cut into the PC case (or aluminum)? How much better are they than the fiberglass reinforced wheels?
 
i tried everything they make and could not find one that will cut a enlight case , i used a 1/8 drill bit then used the drimmel to clean the rough egges off (sucked bad)
