Alright I'm sorry, my brother just came in today after having crashed through my 700 glass entertainment system like the idiot he is. I've just been a little edgy and impatient. Thanks guys.

Well, the thing about audio is that, peoples ear hear different things, and its not as concrete as lets say the frame rate of a video card, some people like big boomy bass (Logitechs), while I personally like tight clean sound on the bass (Klipsch 5.1 Ultra). All in all, it really just kind of comes down to what kind of audio you prefer, while if you want a really good speaker, you wouldn't get a PC Speaker set, you'd get those 600 dollar per speaker ones :) thats just my thought anyway. Any way you look at it, completely 'PC Speaker Sets' are barely mid-range level anyway.

'controller' = 'wired remote'

I agree the bass is too loud by default, but i am happy when it's at the 2nd lowest light. if you put it the lowest it can go and it's still too loud i'm wondering if any system will have bass low enough to satisfy you? Try before you buy i guess.

Best wishes with your sale. I got my z5300 on ebay refurb for $60.
