The problem with Core Duo's and C2D's is that they have a locked lower multiplier and locked lowest voltage, so NHC does very little for them.

Right RE the voltage lock--the lowest it will go is about .925v, whereas earlier chips would go down to .70v. The lowest multi, though, is the same as earlier chips--6x.
