Looking at six RX 570 cards (each with one 8-pin) to start with. (Ordered a 6-GPU open air frame.)
Was looking at Corsair RM1000x, and Seasonic Focus Plus Gold (I think that's the name) 1000W. Both are roughly $160, and have 6 or 8 PCI-E 6+2 pin connectors, are fully modular, and have 10-year warranties.
Any preference or reason I should get one over the other? I was kind of leaning towards the Seasonic, as there were some questionable reviews on the Corsair, and I think it's newer, but should I also consider EVGA G2/G3 or whatever their newest top-end consumer lineup with 10-year warranty is?
I've also already got an ABS (Newegg house brand), 1200W (or maybe it's 1050W) 80Plus Silver, it's an Enermax re-badge, which would probably work without spending extra money, but it's been sitting idle for maybe 5-6 years on my shelf. Heard that caps degrade faster when not in a live circuit. Plus, it's only "Silver" rated.
