First it's the stomach ulcer now it's the dandruff. Now that I think about it, the dandruff issues and stomach ucler issues began at around the same time, and last but not least I believe my weight problem is also caused by my stress.

For the ucler, I know they say they've discovered that a bacteria in the stomach is what causes the stomach ulcers, but what most people skim over is the fact that this applies to 80% of cases, not all cases, which explains why only under a lot of stress do I exhibt the stomach ucler symptoms... Man this sucks. :(

I don't know whats going on but maybe I jinked my self because instead of my stomach ulcer bothering me, I'm now getting hearburn again.. :| Great, I'll choose the stomach ulcer over the heartburn anyday as the heartburn comes and goes like every 30 minutes or hour and I have no clue WHY besides stress....

what could you possibly be doing to have that much stress? if you're not in management or sales, i don't see how you could have that much stress.

If your life was on the line, what would you really say my age was?

11 1/2?

hahaha. i totally agree
its funny because i was going to as the same thing, how much stress could a 12 year old have?
man, someone should keep track of the stuff goku complains about and sticky it. i bet we'd have a list like 3 pages long just on that.

So you're stressing about stress?

Maybe you need to look into a stress management program.

This is awesome, if people actually serious about what they're saying about my age, that probably means I'm really awesome about concealing my true age. Muahahaha. Had to break it to you guys, but I'm actually 7.

take a good quality multivitamin with B vitamins, selenium and zinc picolinate. Selenium and zinc often seem to get rid of dandruff. TwinLab is a good brand for vitamins. Look for them in a health food shop. Look for sinz picolinate, it is better absorbed than other forms of zinc. Also, how difficult is it to use an anti-dandruff shampoo? Like Head & Shoulders or similar product.

I've used all sorts of those shampoos, they don't really work. Neutrogena, apple vinegar cidar, what ever, doesn't work. I mean they work but it doesn't last too long and If I wash my hair/scalp too often, it dries out. Infact, evertime I get out of the shower, tiny bit of skin here and there on my face begins to flake off, mainly in my 'T' zone, not sure why, it's wierd because I have acne and skin flaking... I swear to god it's been caused by the stress during the years, mostly because of my procrastination issues.

No, most of my stress I'd say is my fault. Technically speaking if I didn't have school I likely wouldn't have any stress, then again I may find that my anxiety caused by my fear of not succeeding would then take over.. :( I think I got this trait from my dad... :/
