I use FileZilla as a free FTP client. Works great and is easy to use. As for a server, I don't know. My university provides us with 50 megs of server space, but I don't know how to let anybody upload to it other than myself. I'd obviously have to give out my password or something.
 
hey guys, why not create a torrent? I am at work (so all bittorrent stuff is blocked) but if no one else can help I'll work to create a torrent of it tonight when I get home (5:00 EST).
 
I can't download torrents. =(

I can use mine and my friend's university account, to each host a 48mb piece of the zip file. Should be fast download speeds too since it's edu. =p
