b/c the price will get to the original staples price once they jack you with the overnight shipping.

You can try your luck(and patience) and try to get a csr that won't put it on you, but that time could be better spent.

Besides, the ppl here really don't care unless its the 5.1 😛
 
They cant jack you for overnight shipping if the item is going to take 3-5 days to ship?

Does anyone know if Staples B&M will PM with the CompUSA online this and let you use a 25 off 100? I am in the market for a sound card and this would fit mah needs perfectly.

her209, i know that staples b&m will pm w/ compusa online, but i dont think they will let u use the kode, unless u printed it out and show them proof..
 
guys gotta wait i tried and seems everywhere is out of these for staples. they say call back 3-5 business days. it is a might good deal though.
 
I think they'll disregard that 3-5 day thing as its about WHEN they ship, not when its available to be shipped.

I might be wrong. Enlighten me.
 
I just order SB 5.1 for $69.99(tax included). Staples will price match anything on the Web and they will charge you a shipping if other party has shipping charge. Then they add tax to CA residents. It is a good deal on 4.1 Platinum. Good luck to all.
 
Guys, i just tried Pricematching, at 11:13pm pacific time, and the lady said it was a discontinued product and all the wearhouses were out. Is the lady lying or what's up? SHould i call again and try another rep?
 
You can indeed use coupon codes at Staples B&M. I asked the manager of my local Staples B&M myself.

Try your luck there.

If PM was allowed in-store, do you think they would PM the SoundBlaster Platinum 5.1 against compuplus for $161 - $40 coupon?
 
I did this deal a week ago, but I do have to add the warning, that Staples will match the price at CompUSA, but then they will also find out what CompUSA charges for overnight shipping, and hit you up on that as well, negating the free shipping on items over $50. It's still a good deal in my opinion, but just thought I'd pass that along. My final cost after pricematch, 30 off 100 coupon, and tax was $85. Hope that helps someone out.
 
WHich SB Live! has an optical out on the piece you mount on the machine's face?
