Great Deal on Arctic Cooling Acceleros!

This is the best deal I've seen on these heatsinks. They provide excellent cooling as well as being near silent during operation. From my experience the X2 is much better than the Zalman VF900 when used with the X1800/X1900 series video cards. Here is a great review on the heatsink:

AC X1

Also, if you want something a lot more powerful Thermalright just released the HR-03:

Plus they have the Thermalright SI-128 back in stock, it's at normal price, but they are sold out at a lot of e-tailers.

The cooler on my 9800 pro has been getting loud, and they have a replacement on sale for a good price... (Thank's OP!!)

The shipping shows an option for "Super Saver", Is that Fed-Ex Super Saver..... Or UPS super saver...Or USPS super Saver???

Any insight would be appreciated

I just seem to have better luck with Fed-ex than UPS.

Super Saver is USPS I think. It's not too bad for me though, I live in Ohio and it only takes like 4 days for me to get my stuff.

How much better is the accelero than the stock X1900XT one?

Use ATI Tool to crank your stock fan to 100%. The sound will be unbearable, but once the temp stops falling that is about what you will see with the Accelero. (and the Accelero will be nearly silent)

I have the X1900 XTX and the difference is Night and Day! As RIFLEMAN007 said, you get the %100 level of cooling without any of the noise. Since the Accelero 2 doesn't exhaust the air out of the case, I suggest you have and intake and an exhaust fan on your case. I didn't notice any increase in my case temps, but I do have good airflow in my case.

SVC'c shipping sucks. The Super Saver more is expensive than priority mail for me to NYC.

Lol, it is the opposite for me and I live Up_State From you.

Ordered one for a 9800 ($9.99) and a UV floppy cable($1.98)

$18.81 shipped priority mail. A Dollar more than Super Saver, but hopefully safer and quicker.

OO ok thanks, I guess I'll crank the fan 100% then since my cpu fan is doing 48DBA 24/7 ... LOL

Anybody know if the X1 or X2 will work on a 7600GT? My only options before were the Zalman VF-700/900 series (overpriced) or the NV Silencer 6 Rev 2 (which SVC has for $25).

All the 7600GT owners know the fans sucks big time regardless of brand...
