So far I've been impressed with the demo. THe game runs well and looks great (despite no AA, of course) lots of cover and a believable backdrop to an unbelieveable premise (US vs Mexico 😛)

Give it a try. This coming from someone who HATES Graw 1

BTW, there is native widescreen controls so that's another plus (R6Vegas, I'm frowning in your direction)

BTW, one sad note: the only reason I'm able to post this is cos...the game crashed...well, it IS a demo

Hope the full version gets ironed out.

Despised GRAW as well.
This feels far more polished (even for a demo) and is a whole lot of fun.

Sounds good. Downloaded it earlier but haven't had time to install and play yet. Looking forward to the multiplayer side of this.
 
Thanks, trying to download now. I absolutely loved GRAW on the 360, but found the PC version to be flawed, slow, and generally unplayable because of the controls. Here's hoping GRAW2 comes out good.
 
Wow, the view is zoomed in WAY too much, and I hate that. It feels like Halo 2 did when I first played it. I can't play a game if I feel blinded. It's like you're looking through a scope at all times. Maybe there is a FOV option in the settings that I overlooked?
 
Not downloading. Mainly want GRAW 2 for singleplayer since I LOVED GRAW 1. Best tactical shooter I played in quite a while. Liked the multiplayer, but it was pretty poor: you can only be spawn raped so many times before you say 'eff it'.

well then thats why you SHOULD give this a try. Online is fixed.

Blur, the FOV IS crappy... feels like 50 😛
 
What a snooze fest. I'm not saying it needs to be a frag fest like Quake 3 Arena, but it is such a dull online experience. You spawn, move around very slowly (even when "running"), and if you're lucky you might run into a player on the other team (even on a map with 32 people), who seems to die even if the crosshair is not on him.
 
What are the system requirements? Can't seem to find them. I've got P4 2.6gz, 1024mb ram and an ATI 9800. Can I run it?

yeah, the only game that has done the 'wait till next round' thing is cs. this was just frustrating.

i think you'll be allright. it ran ok on my 6600gt.
 
I'm only getting about 40fps @ 1680x1050 all settings high with my X1900xtx @ 680/875 ... anyone having similiar results (source: fraps)
